Great environment for student workers as well as co-ops, positive work environment makes going to work enjoyable

Cons

amazing university and great environment but rochester itself is a small city and has the harshest winters. RIT is very unlikely to shut down in a snow storm and you will still need to make it to work in dangerous conditions but bosses are usually very understanding
