Pros

People are friendly and down to earth, unique and inclusive community that works to create equity and meaningful interaction between people of difference abilities and cultures. Especially if you have children, lots to do in this community, great museums and cultural events.

Cons

Lots of snow! (This is also a pro for those you love snow)
