Pros

Flexible schedule to work. I can really arrange my working schedule based off my week hmk load, which is a great benefit for me as a student at that time. The managers are all very nice and patient if you do what they tell you to do. The work environment is very good.

Cons

Hard to keep everyone doing what they need to do. Be an assistant to help your supervisor is almost like a leader that you need to think a lot of ways to manage them. A lot of time you need to spend a lot of extra time to train your labbie or talk to your labbie to make sure they do what they need to do.
