Pros

Freedom to create courses; autonomy in work; students are nice; campus is large and other professors are willing to work collaboratively; tech problems were attended to promptly

Cons

Facilities are old and not well kept up nor ADA compliant; offices were shared and had no windows; no food facilities in many older buildings; administration does not value the arts as much as the sciences ( where grants are available); tech options were limited; insane limit on paper and ink; collegiality is encouraged but not practiced; just not enough money used for teaching but plenty for administrators; some seem not to care about the employees as much as the students; none even say thank you for your hard work
