      Diversity is great. Lots of places on campus to grab food. Free access to fitness center/pool. Well maintained campus.

      Cons

      Advancing in your career is limited, though it will depend more so on the department you are in. Professional development is generally not encouraged, unless it is a DEI topic. Salaries are not commensurate with experience or skills. Pay for parking.
