Pros

Community is wonderful. I've had the chance to meet and work with some amazing individuals.

Cons

RIT's Student Affairs division is the place where careers go to die. The division has experienced a mass exodus due to leadership of the as a number of individuals have left due to the ineptitude of the Sr. VP and her lackeys. If you like working with students, avoid RIT's Student Affairs division at all cost.
