Pros
Every few months, meetings are held where food is available to eat while management shows how much money is coming in. These meetings provide enough time to do some light mental math and see how little you're compensated in relation to value given to the company.
Cons
Low compensation. Bonuses are dangled like a carrot on a stick to keep employees motivated, however in certain parts of the company, the bonus structure is gamed. Weak/poor management. I was encouraged to lie about inventory for the team's "numbers". My immediate manager did nothing to prevent other members of the team from bullying certain individuals within the company, and in a few instances, had a hand in it as well.
