Cut Throat Company - Anonymous employee RJ Young Co. Employee Review

Structurally unsound company that does not invest into it's employees with virtually no training or trainer. Upper management is very lacking in support and decision making. Conflict with departments is continuous due to conflicting pay structure. Employees are very cut throat to further their career for a while and management rewards this. 3 CFO's and 4 VP of Sales in 5 years! If you are looking for a fair company and job security, this is not the company for you!
