Pros
I have worked at RJY for less than a year, but so far, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The team I work with is incredibly encouraging and the management is relatable and helpful. The managers genuinely care about the employees' happiness, and it's clear that a majority of the employees love it here.
Cons
Working directly with difficult customers can be exhausting sometimes, but that happens with any job. And having a great team surrounding you helps to balance out any negative people you communicate with.
