Great coworkers and family oriented. They understand the importance of family. I worked for the previous company before RJ Young bought it and RJ Young was amazing to us during the transition.They kept all of us,all employees and honored all the years we had with the previous company and exceeded all our expectation. The pay is great and always do stuff for us.We have health insurance and retirement benefits. Paid time off ,everything you would want from a job they offer it
Cons
Sometimes being a bigger company it takes a little longer to go through the chains. I came from a small company before RJ Young bought us over so things were different from only asking one person for approval to now having to go through different chains of command to get an answer . That’s part of a bigger company though so it’s expected.
