      Love the Family feel. Good comp plan and do everything possible to help.

      Cons

      Growing so fast they can't keep up with themselves. Good thing. Need to add more IT support overlay, upgrade a little infostructure and get a dedicated training for reps.

      A great deal of rep tape for internal processes to get deals done Low commission payouts Little to no support from upper management Uncompetitive pricing
