Pros
Energetic, sales-driven, growing company with a strong focus both on its customers and employees. Excellent arena for personal growth and achieving one's own career goals. High standards and expectations with a human, tender approach.
Cons
Struggles a bit between the side that wants to be visionary and progress-oriented versus the side that wants to stick to somewhat old-fashioned methods or outdated inefficient processes. Some growing pains as the company shifts gears into the next tier of revenue and size. Not the most attractive physical work environment, though that may change with an upcoming office move.
