      This is a GREAT company to work for. They truly care about their employees and reward them in many ways. RJ Young is the leader in technology and strives each day to satisfy their customers. My only regret is I didn't start working here sooner.

      The technicians, the team culture and support for one another on a peer to peer level

      A great deal of rep tape for internal processes to get deals done Low commission payouts Little to no support from upper management Uncompetitive pricing
