I did not realize I could love my job. Everyone I have met from the top of the ladder to the hourly employees are very nice and extremely helpful. It feels like family here. I'm relatively new to the company, so I have a lot to learn. Every step of the way, I have been met with kindness and no hesitation to answer my questions. I love going to work every day. My position challenges me mentally everyday to solve the issue and fix it properly. The benefits package has a lot to choose from. The pay and hours are great. RJ Young cares about it's employees.
