Great Company! - Anonymous employee RJ Young Co. Employee Review

I have been with RJ Young for 10 years and the most appealing aspect of the company is its people. When I was entertaining a career here, I had the opportunity to speak with multiple employees in different areas of the company and the resounding response that I received was, it's a great place to work. I was sold then and I'm still sold. There is a "get it done" attitude throughout the company that filters down from the top. Obviously, there is always room for improvement and I like the fact that the leadership strives to find those areas that need improving and take steps to make sure we are doing our best to give our customers the best experience possible.
