Account Representative - Account Representative RJ Young Co. Employee Review

Mostly Male driven organization. Females, especially depending on location, are often over looked. The position becomes a “sales rep assistant” in which your job is to find the newly filled acct rep (usually with no prior sales experience) accounts in which to benefit and take in the lead as to obtain the accounts. Training is bare minimum. (But I can only base this from which the branch I was hired.) Overall, hence the constant turnover, especially in re-occurring branch locations
