Pros
Health Benefits, above average pay compensation for the area.
Cons
No standard training processes. No budget set aside for training. Admin department is a revolving door. Management and subordinates are very new to their roles (1 year or less experience in their positions). Lots of Trial and Error rather than actual company researched strategies. Very few women or persons on color in leadership positions. Not very much room for growth, learning or promotion after 1 year. You may be hired on for one position and swapped to a different department six months later for no reason.
