Pros

In my experience with the departments I've been a part of, leadership has done well by employees that work hard. There have been hiccups, but there are hiccups anywhere you go. What's important is that the hiccups aren't continuously repeated without a plan to do better. I believe our company is always striving to do even better. They want employees to like working here, so perks have grown & evolved over the years. We did well through the pandemic and even expanded our list of products and services we offer businesses. The quality of people that are hired has improved over the years. Customers are well taken care of by specialists with a passion for what they do and the company they work for. The quality of our products and services are easy to stand behind and be proud of because we have high standards in what we offer.

Cons

Buy-in for company-wide objectives is more difficult than it should be. Many who are not up for changing & evolving the way they do things are allowed to stick with outdated practices. Eliminating that would help teams grow and function together more effectively. Working from home is still not trusted by some of leadership, even after employees have proven their love & dedication to this company. This is probably a widespread gripe, but at this stage in the game, it's easy enough for people to find remote work elsewhere, so may as well get on board. It should only be an issue when work isn't getting done. While leadership does seem to try to continuously improve on a myriad of things, there are still some things that should be bumped up on the priority list.
