Pros
Always hiring for continuously revolving positions.
Cons
In my opinion, RJ Young is a 60 year old company that has never matured. It embraces decades old business practices, a hard sell mentality and a management structure that resembles a college fraternity. The CEO, is incompetent at best. His accounting background and formidable, yet off-putting presence, has landed him a position that he was never prepared to perform. The Executives of the company portray it as a family, which conjures up visions of unwavering love and forgiveness. Nothing could be further from the truth. They will use you as long as it is convenient for them but those over 40 don't last long there. The sales staff is grossly overpaid with the rest of the company's hourly staff suffering through 3% increases or nothing at all. Former employees only realize how toxic RJ Young was once they leave.
