      Pros

      Non-leadership employees are great and tend to work hard.

      Cons

      So many cons. See headline. No room for growth unless you are a white man. Bonus if you went to Ole Miss. Underpaid. Awful health insurance. Very toxic. They think they are a "big" company, but in reality it is a mom & pop operation. 2023 was their biggest year for revenue and yet they are laying people off in 2024. Use caution.

      The technicians, the team culture and support for one another on a peer to peer level

      Cons

      A great deal of rep tape for internal processes to get deals done Low commission payouts Little to no support from upper management Uncompetitive pricing
