Secure job, quick hiring process, good schedule unless we're in OT

Cons

Lack of comunnication and accountability, no room for growth, they would rather hire from out than within the company leaving no chances for promotion, theres a lot of favoritism between leads and supervisors and other associates.

Thanks for your review. We actually have promoted a total of 5 leads to supervisors since January 2018. We believe in promoting within the company and our leadership team is currently attending a program to make sure they avoid the perception of favoritism in the workplace.

Good culture and no micromanaging. Startup like environment and good learning opportunities.

Cons

Medical insurance for family is worst because company pays very less of it. Sick leave is just 3 days is that a joke ? No 401k match Managment and leadership has no idea just working to please private equity and ceo. Often making employees rush a project just for fun
