Pros
They spend the money to take care of their communities
Cons
- Low pay - They think free insurance for employee equals wages however covering your family is more than cobra insurance - Corporate is way over worked so can’t reply for days or weeks - No company organization- the marketing / training person works in a state (Az) with no properties and is a regional to properties in Fl. Getting marketing materials is impossible. They handle so many things that they can never be present with you. - corporate was tired of resident complaints so they created an email, then took it away, then brought it back. They don’t have office staffs back - They expect staff to do jobs of others in addition to their job and often are understaffed for weeks or months with very little help - getting rid of staff is impossible unless corporate agrees which is hard when they don’t come on site to see for themselves which pits added stress on teams when someone can do nothing and still get paid while team has to pick up their slack . - When corporate comes to visit they don’t care about meeting with maintenance, they think they should be working not chatting - no exit interview to be asked questions how to improve or reason for leaving because they don’t care
