-paid hourly so less stress on overtime for profit's sake -Baltimore office close-knit and social -ability to work across disciplines -can work with multiple offices if you take the initiative
Cons
-compensation and ability to move up is lackluster -if not an engineer, looked over unless you have an advocate -communication between offices is spotty -pride themselves on quality, but quality suffers due to unrealistic project timelines -PMs cut budgets during negotiations without consulting subject matter experts, leading to overrages
