Set in their old ways - Anonymous employee RK&K Employee Review

People who have been around for 40+ years and are set in their old ways. Resistant to change. No guidance to a younger employee. PMs are very disrespectful to their employees. I'm not sure where all those positive reviews are coming from? I guess from the current those who have been there since the beginning of the company. No work life/family balance. You don't have a set lunch break and as the reason, employees just keep working. All you hear around is "Save the buffalo. The IT system (referred to as FRED) is sucks and knows very little. Don't go there if you want a successful career
