Many of the professionals working at RK&K are top notch. Great partners and co-workers. Very good at their chosen profession.

The organizational leadership continues to face challenges in fostering cohesion from the upper echelons. Unfortunately, a lack of respect and synergy among key stakeholders, coupled with certain egos hindering progress, contributed to a noticeable impact on both employee morale and overall productivity. Divergent views on the firm's direction led to heightened corporate politics, ineffective communication, and the adoption of suboptimal practices that permeated through the ranks.
