Despite voluntarily disclosing my ADHD diagnosis upon hiring, there appeared to be a disconnect between HR and my manager regarding accommodations for my disability, leading to feelings of belittlement and frustration that ultimately contributed to my decision to leave the company.Additionally, the lack of a cohesive team dynamic was evident in the workplace culture. While I engaged in brief daily interactions with a few colleagues within my department, there was a palpable sense of detachment and a lack of camaraderie among team members, which left me feeling isolated and without a sense of belonging.Furthermore, the company's bonus program left much to be desired in terms of fairness and adequacy.
