I've worked at RKL for more than 8 years. A day does not go by that I fail to learn something new. I've known many of the employees for almost 16 years having worked with them at a previous employer or as a vendor. I regularly tell family, friends, and business acquaintances that I work with some of the smartest people I know. The management is very transparent about the financial health of the company and its vision for the future holding quarterly all-hands updates hosted by the president of my division (eSolutions) and by the Chief Executive Officer of our parent company, RKL LLP. The firm's management is highly ethical and treats employees with respect. I have yet to work with a partner or manager who does not have an open-door policy to listen to and act on feedback or concerns. They provide me with candid and honest feedback as well. I have a great relationship with my Department VP, his boss (the COO), and his boss's boss (the President). They regularly solicit feedback on opportunities to improve. My position at RKL is only my 4th since graduating from college 36 years ago. I've been blessed to find good companies to work for and RKL is simply the latest I get to brag about. I look forward to finishing out my career here ... but have about ten years to go!
Cons
Although I think the benefits package as a whole is good, I do feel the 401k match could be more competitive.
