Pros

There is strong cohesion within the office — people are genuinely nice, supportive, and always willing to help each other. However, this positive atmosphere exists mostly within the teams, not in management.

Cons

There has been a lot of micromanagement lately, with very little transparency from leadership. Salary raises are minimal. Instead of investing in training or development opportunities to help us stay competitive, they decided to make 98 people redundant. They made some changes in our job descriptions and encouraged us to reapply for those positions — with a three-month probation period — despite many of us having worked there loyally for years. Shortly after the layoffs, the company organized a tech conference and a team-building event, expecting everyone to be cheerful — it felt completely tone-deaf and disconnected from reality. I was laid off after many years with the company — a disappointing and disheartening end to what used to be a great place to work.

We’re grateful you took the time to leave a review. We welcome your candid feedback regarding areas where we can improve. In line with industry expectations, we are moving in a new direction and have had to redefine role expectations to align them with the long-term sustainability of RLDatix. To fill these positions, we have invited all interested internal employees to apply. Recently, we invited all employees to attend our conference where we could be forthcoming about our new direction as well as build anticipation for upcoming projects and transparency surrounding expectation management. Although your review suggests that you will not be continuing your career with us, we sincerely hope that you find a position that meets your skill set and fulfills your professional goals.

Pros

Work that directly contributes to safer care and better patient outcomes. Strong sense of purpose—you can see how what you do impacts real people. Passionate, mission-driven colleagues across the organization. Opportunity to shape how we support healthcare systems at a critical time. Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.

Cons

Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Pros

The people I worked directly with were supportive and talented, and there were opportunities to learn if you were proactive.

Cons

Leadership frequently shifted priorities, making it difficult to execute long-term strategies or feel like work had a lasting impact. Communication around organizational changes often lacked transparency, which created uncertainty and hurt morale. The marketing organization felt under-resourced relative to expectations, and employees were expected to do more with less. Career growth and compensation did not feel competitive with the market, and recognition for strong work was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a stable environment with clear direction and long-term investment in employees, look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're saddened to hear that you felt there was a lack of vision during your time with us, and we understand and hear your concerns. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our newer Career Elevation Strategy gives global team members visibility into career progression, and even more recently, we are working on a rewards strategy as part of that effort. Additionally, we're currently working on guiding our direction by setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and improving resources for managers, which in turn will provide stronger leadership for our teammates. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
