Pay is far less than the industry standard. Extreme lack of transparency and communication (there is none).
Employee work load is too much and everyone is spread thin (partly due to retention issues).
Management is also spread thin, and in turn, the entire team suffers.
CEO is out of touch - brags about how well the company is doing and how many companies are being acquired, yet employees are still not paid a fair/decent wage.
Promises of raises and/or promotions are continually made and continually broken - this creates resentment, and employees are well aware they are not being valued. When confronted about this, management will say their hands are tied and there’s nothing they can do (this is a lie).
Pay disparities - new hires are being compensated at higher rates than legacy employees. Men are consistently paid more than their female counterparts who are equally as qualified. This also breeds departmental resentment.
Management and higher ups do not exemplify company values and mission - in fact, quite the opposite.
