Poor Leadership and 0 appreciation - Anonymous employee RLS Logistics Employee Review

Overworked, underpaid , micromanaging and under appreciated. The work never stops and they don't say no to customers, or thank you to you. Send you to trainings on empathy, but will tell you you are over reacting or dramatic when you come to them with something in regard to the open door policy. So they hear but don't listen ... Culture is barely practiced especially from the higher ups, however you are expected to go above and beyond all the time with burnout being your top feeling amongst almost the entire team. I was told if I didn't like things I could let them know I was looking to find a new job. Aren't teams supposed to be led by a leader and coach?
