Management is VERY cliquey. If you’re not in their circle, you might as well not be working there. I felt excluded despite being exceptional at my job. It was hard to feel like we were a team. They see problem employees as an asset even though they have pushed people to quit. The office was also filthy and bug ridden. I felt my skin crawling some days being there I’ve never had a position where it was my responsibility over management to cover someone’s entire shift. Ex: working near 16 hour days for days in a row to cover someone else’s hours
