      RLS is a family first company with leaders who care about our employees. Our HR always goes above and beyond for us to help our team members. Whoever wrote that review in February sounds bitter and if you are no longer here we are glad because you dont sound humble or smart.

      Negative reviews from bitter people who paint a picture that is not accurate of what our leadership and management really are.

      RLS has a fantastic culture and has blessed me with many opportunities to advance my career. I am grateful to be a part of a strong, growing company that still has that family-oriented feel.

      Fulfilling work that you can be proud of, sense of agency/ownership, great people, lots of teamwork, fair compensation, middle managers truly do care about you

      On-call nearly 24/7, overwhelming at times. Growing disconnect b/w C-Suite against middle managers/normal employees
