I have been a part of the RLS team for nearly seven years now. The support from the ELT and management is immense, with endless growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and benefit packages along with a true family environment.

Cons

RLS is a fast-paced work environment and has only the highest of expectations for its team members. This may intimidate some, but it is what helps make RLS the best!

On-call nearly 24/7, overwhelming at times. Growing disconnect b/w C-Suite against middle managers/normal employees
