Pros

NO Pros. All Concerns...' I request to all new joinee who got offer with RMSI, plz dont join. this is horrible company to work. And people who are facing the same problem. resign the company as early as possible at-least management releases the need of the employment.

Cons

HR is not at all good. to take any decisions and they are not fit to talk to the management and least bother about the employees who work for contract roles from RMSI. Initially commented that my take home salary is certain amount but i have received 5 k less than what i have been promised.

Pros

Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

Cons

HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
