Pros

Nice environment, Flexible timing, No work from home so no extra work,Place to play long innings for the ones who understand that its not just Money and Job but also Money and Life ,as earned money is no money if you have to break away with your personal life

Cons

Management need to be more transparent some times they are very strongly tolerant about the higher staff member and thus the good people beneath them ultimately leave, not among high payers

Pros

Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

Cons

HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
