Pros

Very healthy environment, low work pressure, Saturday & Sunday fixed off until project crisis.

Cons

Salary issue- offer less pay to new joiners, also appraisal was not proper and max employees get only 9 to 10 percent of hike. Also there was not proper distribution of incentives among teams.

Pros

Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

Cons

HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
