      Pros

      Flexible but now guidance and when it's time to work the managers disapear.

      Cons

      Can't make payroll if you can even get hold of manager they tell you it's not their department and give you 20 numbers .

      Pros

      Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

      Cons

      HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
