-Designation and promotions are little bit different here . Here Freshers will have high designation than a experienced candidates . - Here Freshers will get more priority than a experienced candidate . - Promotions and hikes depends upon your manager recommendations not as per your performance .

Pros

Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

Cons

HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
