      Good learning experience,a constructive working environment. Employee are integral part of companies profit and loss. Companies success and employees achievement goes hand in hand,in that thing I like in RMSI the most.

      Pros

      Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

      Cons

      HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
