      Pros

      Working at client location is good and no targets and 8 hours lf log in time and polite colleague's

      Cons

      When it comes to work from home they Will roast you to achieve targets and at the time of joining they said salary will be around 15k after cutting but they will credit only 13k and in wfh they will give targets to achieve that we need to work for 12 to 14hours and they provide leave balance of 2 for every month but after taking leave they will deduct money.

      Pros

      Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

      Cons

      HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
