Pros
Easy job, fairly low stress depending on what project you are on. Willing to listen to feedback.
Cons
I was transitioned into this company from a previous contracting firm, and it was not handled well at all. Benefits they provided were worse than what they advertised to us. Had horrible communication, had not idea what was going on through the transition. They would go weeks without responding to emails. Also told us we wouldn't be eligible for a pay increase for a year and a half because we joined their company halfway through the year when some of us on the team had been working on our project for over 6 months. There is no option for a 401k. They only provide 6 PTO days a year (which do not carry over), well below the average of other full time jobs. Very limited opportunities for growth. They were not familiar with local/state laws in the USA, my team and others had to prove to them that they violating workers rights. This company clearly wasn't prepared to bring in US workers and half of my time quit because of it. All of these issues could've been easily been avoided before onboarding people, but it's clear they didn't do their due diligence.
