      Flexible work environment and commuter shuttle

      Cons

      Incredibly unprofessional management that undervalues employees. Layoffs are done through emails and performance reviews are a joke. Pay barely keeps up with inflation and they shuffle employees around teams with no rhyme or reason.

      Pros

      Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

      Cons

      HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
