Pros

Nothing as such.is there. Bad managers, non- experienced and violent team leads. Work is not related to.comtent writing. Only data entry, data feeding for AI.

Pathetic management, managers, not only biased but support groupism, and promote people based on their friendship with then. Work is also not related to content writing its a data feeding job. HR will miscommunicate.with you about the job profile. Team leads are inexperienced and have a violent and rude and abusive behaviour. Also team leads are made basis on no criteria if you are managers friend thats the only criteria or violent in behavior. As they ned to control people which is biggest downside of this company. 7.5 screen hours is another setback that you have to deliver on a daily basis. Managers are doing unnecessary observation on the floor that too in a disrespectful manner can blame you for anything that you didnt even realize that you actually did it even promotion to the profile of TL are also based on their observation only no certain criteria for the same. HR is also non responsive and misguiding if you raise any kind of behavioral and abusive issue of team leads or trainers. Groupism is too much, even senior managers are the part of groups talk very closely to female employees, managers try to get close to the females, do personal talks, stand very close to their face. Please join at your own risk.

Pros

Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

Cons

HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
