ROLLER is a fast growing company. In my time here we hit 100 employees, 1000 customers and made our first acquisition. And the leadership team are ambitious to continue to #raise_the_bar and achieve more. They are a global company with a remote-first policy which means you get work life balance and flexibility to design your day. But that also means you need to be willing to be flexible in return and occasionally design your day around global timezones. They have industry leading engagement scores, so you need to be willing to proactively get involved in the culture by engaging in slack banter and the various virtual social activities. They are ambitious to succeed, this means being a high performing team so you need to be willing to put in discretionary effort.
Cons
With fast growth come growing pains, but other than that, if you are willing to put in the work, ROLLER is a very rewarding place to work
