Pros
Excellent group of people to work with that have the experience and network for a great future. There are always opportunities to connect and the yearly company retreat to Vegas is so much fun! Excited to see where the next few years take us.
Cons
Having to wait on too many people to make one small decision - need more work on processes so items are not being held up by one person who needs to be hunted down for an answer.
