Pros
Great place to work if you are upper level. They've managed to hang on to a few great employees. But the turnover is high and so many of the good people leave for a place with more money/opportunity. The courtyard is nice. There are three parties a year, and those are fun.
Cons
The pay is a joke. Upper level makes all of the cash, while lower level employees hardly make more than the retail works on the promenade. There's a serious imbalance going on. While they love to tout their work life balance, again that only applies to the higher ups. We always seemed to be in a fire drill, working late. Really limited vacation. On top of poor pay, they nickel and dime you. Parking? You've gotta pay that. Snacks? Here's a vending machine! Lunchtime meeting? BYOL. Client meeting across town? That's on you. Traveling for work? You pay all costs upfront and hope to be reimbursed. Crammed into open seating like sardines. Another ad agency full of white men. No diversity.
