Pros

Amazing team members that are dedicated, supportive, and want to see you learn and grow! Large effort among directors and associate directors to create a positive team environment and work-life balance. Lots of training opportunities for entry-level. Very flexible and encouraging with the unlimited PTO. Great benefits and plans to have flexible working options (fully WFH, fully in-person, and hybrid available). Promotions happen more often/quickly than at other agencies if you work hard and easy to transition between media departments.

Cons

"People first" motto comes first until it doesn't. Pay is disappointingly low for entry-level (slightly below the living wage in LA) and is one of the top reasons for entry-level turnover rate. High turnover rate also leaves lots of teams with a heavy load, sometimes working long hours. Team dynamics vary drastically among departments. Executives try to seem available like there's no hierarchy but are still way up there in the hierarchy, status, and pay. 401k doesn't have matching until your 2nd year at the company.

Pros

Amazing associates. Many people are passionate about what they are working on, and supportive of other team members. Some good clients to work with who actually care about the work we create.

Cons

Change in leadership has rocked the org. Struggling with identity and how to move forward. Poor communication regarding the change, little to no transparency on how to move forward. On top of all this, the agency has lost a handful of major clients over the last few years, leading to on-going layoffs and reductions. Those left behind worry if we are next. The work is starting to get overwhelming, yet we persist so we are not next on the layoff list.
