Pros

- Overall seemingly positive company culture with an emphasis on people first - Unlimited PTO

Cons

- Gaps in management training leading to management who are technically skilled in their fields but not skilled with managing actual people - Low bandwidth across some teams due to being understaffed or from picking up extra work for teams that are understaffed - Not as many training opportunities or resources as other larger agencies/holding companies in the space - Given the limited bandwidth/under-resourced teams and minimal available trainings, entry level associates may not have as much opportunities to grow their industry knowledge/skillset due to being bogged down by miscellaneous tasks and ad hoc requests - While people first is a company motto and there is unlimited PTO, infamous agency life still persists here. Had multiple instances where managers logged off earlier while rest of team worked late to ensure deliverables were complete

I know you have left RPA, but I would love to gather just a bit more detail around the examples that you provided above. Would you be willing to do a quick call with me to discuss your experience a bit more? I would sincerely appreciate it, and can be reached at lsmall@rpa.com. Thanks in advance!

Pros

Amazing associates. Many people are passionate about what they are working on, and supportive of other team members. Some good clients to work with who actually care about the work we create.

Cons

Change in leadership has rocked the org. Struggling with identity and how to move forward. Poor communication regarding the change, little to no transparency on how to move forward. On top of all this, the agency has lost a handful of major clients over the last few years, leading to on-going layoffs and reductions. Those left behind worry if we are next. The work is starting to get overwhelming, yet we persist so we are not next on the layoff list.
