Pros

Majority of everyone that works there truly cares about their role, client and team. If in person there are a lot more opportunities to experience the culture and feel more apart of the company.

Cons

It's a struggle to receive a decent raise and when asked you are not supported by manager or anyone else. 90% of the clients I've worked with are my favorite clients I've worked on, however there is that 10% that does not align with company culture and has affected the dynamic of that whole team. Despite the attempts to connect with higher-ups about it no one says anything but keeps the team siloed.

Thanks for your message. I agree that 2023 was a tough year for RPA. I believe that your position was eliminated as a result of a client loss, and I know that really hurts. That's also why raises were not available this year. Here's what I will say, though: we do truly care about our Associates and clients. And I agree that it is a great idea to come to our office (which is always open, though in person work is optional and voluntary). I know that I sent you some job listings in the past, and I would be happy to help you with your job search in the future. And please also just reach out if you want to talk. I know what you went through isn't easy, but I also know that you will be OK. Please hang in there and take care. Laura

Pros

Amazing associates. Many people are passionate about what they are working on, and supportive of other team members. Some good clients to work with who actually care about the work we create.

Cons

Change in leadership has rocked the org. Struggling with identity and how to move forward. Poor communication regarding the change, little to no transparency on how to move forward. On top of all this, the agency has lost a handful of major clients over the last few years, leading to on-going layoffs and reductions. Those left behind worry if we are next. The work is starting to get overwhelming, yet we persist so we are not next on the layoff list.
