Heavy work load with little direction and training, expected to learn it on your own while hitting impossible deadlines Poor morale and office culture, many people have worked there for too long and have become very jaded and negative. Blatant favoritism, if they like you or your work they'll keep you happy, but they're shortsighted in how this comes off to other employees. Bad attitude in senior employees that's not acknowledged by managers, they can be snarky and mean to newcomers and you're expected to deal with it Not receptive to change to make things better, or don't seem to be communicating it to employees Not a bad place to start for someone young to learn the ropes, but if you're coming with industry experience expect to be very frustrated
